we don’t take security deposits. We use the same method as VRBO & Airbnb. You pay for the entire stay in advance for short term stays.
For long term stays 3-6 months or more, the deposit is 1 months rent plus equal amount for security/damage deposit. Rent is due the 1st of each month.
